Using our English text to discuss career ambitions

In the text, Rocket has a passion for space and explains her ambitions to be an astronaut. 

 

In class, the children used the THINK, PAIR, SHARE method to discuss their passions and career ambitions. 

 

We talked about the skills Rocket would need to become an astronaut and how the skills we learn can help us achieve our dreams.
